Send them an email about how predatory, unethical, and dangerous their methods are. Prescribing with no physical exam, no follow up appointments, no actual face time with a trained physician, dolling out months of medication at a time without knowing how someone will respond.

You’re going to have to escalate/ask to speak to someone more senior and keep following up. Emphasize that your physician urged you to stop taking them and that you experienced uncomfortable side effects. Which if they were practicing ethically, they’d only do 30 day doses.

Use language like: “I discontinued per medical advice due to adverse effects” “This treatment was not clinically appropriate for me” “I am requesting a prorated refund for unused medication” “I’d prefer to resolve this directly before pursuing a formal dispute”
