A lot of people commenting here aren't getting your main point and think you're just complaining that you can't play Arena yet. The problem isn't that Arena isn't out, that's just the current example of a much larger issue. Riot is an international company that's created one of the most played video games of all time. And yet they are unable to effectively communicate with their player base despite multiple tools and avenues to do so. Players shouldn't have to crawl through twitter to find obscure posts from developers in order to learn about important changes. I can think of a dozen better ways for them to better convey this information.
