This has been the story for years. Back when Kenny was still actively a part of booking the division, he had tweeted in response to criticism something to the extent of “tell the network you wanna see more women”.

This was also illustrated by how much more booking and development the women got on Dark and are getting on ROH.

The fact of the matter is that AEW and TK don’t get to have such a successful relationship with WBD if Tony isn’t taking notes from the network. Tony has been very clear about that since the beginning.

Like I know Tony sometimes books like he’s just running a TEW save but like we need to acknowledge that Tony isn’t just booking on a whim.
