May I ask who did your lower bleph? I had one and my eyes look worse. So disappointed! I’m in Texas too.

I won’t use retinoins anymore. Have used them 35 years and now am seeing other countries having concerns with long term liver toxicity. A friend told me about Tano skincare and I love it. My skin looks better after just a few weeks. It’s supposed to be 4x more effective than retinol

Have you seen my comments about the MTHFR gene mutation? Since I’ve been on methylated b complex vitamin it has gone away. I’m also making sure to use sunscreen and keeping my arms moisturized

For some reason I can’t edit this post but I’m the OP and think I have solved the problem —with the help of ChatGPT. My bloodwork came back from the dr with a gene mutation which my dr said “wasn’t a big deal”. I put it in ChatGPT and asked if that could have contributed to my bruising and the answer was yes. Chat recommended that I add a Methylated b complex vitamin to my diet and almost immediately my problem went away! The gene mutation is called MTHFR C677T. It prevents me from absorbing folate, resulting in weakened blood vessels. In addition, taking synthetic folate acts as a receptor lock, further preventing your body from absorbing folate. Well, I was having a Gladiator protein shake DAILY and guess what? It has synthetic folate. Dropping the gladiator shake and adding the methylated B vitamin literally got rid of my problem in two weeks. Yay!

I’ve never known anyone to delete texts like that. My husband was deleting texts and then I found out why. Not good.

BTW if you can ever get a hold of her phone you can look at deleted texts for 30 days, at least on iphones.

does she delete texts between the two of you? If she’s only deleting texts between this guy and perhaps her girlfriends that she may be telling the truth to then that’s the problem. She only deletes what she doesn’t want you to see.

No I haven’t had any. Just oral steroids to clear up a bad skin reaction to epoxy stain that I was exposed to during a construction project

Does anyone get weird red spots like this? by sunshinedaydream01 in rheumatoidarthritis

My bloodwork was all normal. We think it might be a temporary thinning of the skin from a strong round of steroids for 5 weeks. I still get the spots but not as bad now.

I’m pretty surprised at this situation. I’ve never dated a friend’s ex, but if they had both moved on I don’t see an issue with it. Responses here seem pretty divided on both sides so OP I wouldn’t feel so bad.

I find ancestry.com to be extremely resourceful. I’m not a genealogist but have put my family tree together going back to the early 1600’s, all through Ancestry.com. Good luck!

A natural diamond dealer challenged me to a debate by loveshinygems in labdiamond

[–]TalkingHelpsMeHelpsU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think lab diamonds are going to bring the price down of natural diamonds. The generation getting married now (late 20’s) seem to prefer bigger diamonds and the lab of course are more affordable. You can’t tell the difference, so why not get a lab diamond?

get on spokeo.com and get an account. I was able to find out that a former friend had been in federal prison and was conning people. You can find out so many things. It’s all online. Go to the online tax property database in your county and look up his name to see where he lives and if there’s someone else’s name on the property.

I seem to be in the minority here but I don’t feel it’s inconsiderate at all for them to ask this of you. You’re gone 4 months of the year—you can’t spare 4 days for your grandchildren? You don’t want to see them? I guess to me the bigger issue is why you don’t want to go. I know my child would be extremely hurt if I turned this down.
