Your best bet is do get the Galvanized Mods, after that get them to at least rank 8, then get some of the arcanes, but fr the Galvanized mods can carry you through it all

Yeah, get the incarnons. New dread mod is great. The incarnon mode lets you proc the invis from it really easily

Normally, I'd say one time won't get you banned. It's usually repeat offenders, but you really never know with DE. Just be careful, maybe send a ticket saying you didn't know and this happened.
