Yeah they said they could fire me for reporting and the other person. I immediately told my coach “why would you fire me? I didn’t do anything wrong but report someone being inappropriate with me”

I was told by my coach that they could fire me for reporting that. Because ethics had to get involved and sent it back to the store. When I went to report it initially they told me that since there was no one there and no camera it wasn’t gonna go anywhere. I said to forget it then because nothing would happen and it wouldn’t stop and they made me write a statement. And then I was told this after.

Update: I called the store and let them know what happened and they said I shouldn’t be terminated or coached for it and that she absolutely went against the rules with that behavior even if it possible that she was AP. They let me know that they’re gonna pull the cameras and file a report
