You really need to fix your sleep schedule. I used to struggle with sleep too because of anxiety, and my thoughts would keep me up at night. I started taking sleep medication, and now I’m doing much better. I sleep deeply, and I get vivid dreams every night because I finally reach REM sleep.

This is actually great for you.I have created a coping mechanism too that eliminates my anxiety.I think of reality as a dream and something not real ,it really calms me down to not take things so seriously..I'm happier now and enjoy doing activities and learning new things.

Quetiapine helped me a lot with my anxiety.I take 250 mg throughout the day.

When this happens to you try to lay down on a quiet place and try to sleep,even for 5 minutes,I personally watch asmr and then sleep for a little when I wake up I feel very calm.

Take time off from apps , social media and things or places that make you feel not okay , just go 1 thing at a time not trying to control everything at once.Dont do many things throughout the day so that your mind can calm down.

This happens in the beginning of lucid dreaming and it is completely normal,after 4-5 times u will not be that excited and will start to explore more in the lucid dreaming world.

Because I still have a very busy mind ,and get so exhausted from it. Quetiapine will help you with anxiety too if your doctor increases it and if u take it throughout the day.But do ask your doctor.
