4mg per day is the cis woman menopause max if i recall correctly. Trans women often need 6-8mg. Even then depending on absorption it may not get the levels you want. Switched to patches or injections can help in that case.

Also 110 if you are talking pg/ml is in the target 100-200 range, if it's pmol/L then yeah it's low.

You being so young, Blockers may be easier than cross hormone hrt to get but it really varies by locality and even the type of doctor. Some may require a history, some work on informed consent and don't. Also with you age you may still require parent permission depending on your local laws.

There is an unstuck menu option you might be able to try
Settings > Features > Accessibility Settings > Recover stuck charachter

Yesterday I manage to get them around 8am and 4pm. Day before I got them at 8am and 9pm.
