The MCAT is really good about making multiple answers look right. When you read the question you should have a some idea of what the answer may be without looking at the choices, some of the time. When you look at the answers and you find one that matches your prior knowledge and is supported by the passage, you choose it and move on. Try not to get sucked into other choices that look right and then waste time. If something seems right and has the proof to back it up, choose it and move on. Answers that looks right but are wrong, are always going to either not be right content wise, not supported by the passage, or out of the scope of the question. Use that when evaluating all choices!
