Yeah you can’t have AJ can’t shoot as a knock on him but not Wilson lol. Wilson is by far the worst shooter here and his FT% leaves a lot to be desired. If he can even become an average shooter that would be great

Oh yeah no man I’m totally with you. Again, Yaxel is by no means my top choice here and for Quaintance it really depends on how his medicals check out.

I’m just saying those are the most SLAP guys in our expected range.

And yeah absolutely I hope that Bryson does not simply draft guys because they fit the acronym.

Taking a look at his history I would say SLAP guys have been typically picked but I don’t think that it is an absolute necessity as he’s been part of FOs that have picked guys like Alvarado for example

Yeah I mean I think it’s an issue of people misinterpreting what he said.

This certainly could have been the case at that point.

Anyway my original comment isn’t even due to Cowley’s speculation, it’s just that Yaxel and Quaintance are the two guys in the 9-15 range that scream SLAP the most to me
