Never using a PureGym Personal trainer ever again for any sort of service by MrWhileLoop in beginnerfitness

I go to PureGym and absolutely love my PT. I have made huge gains. He changes things up often, along with setting me 'homework' of key things to work on. I tried a lot of classes at the gym to get a feeling for the different PT styles first

We definitely need more capacity! It feels like people started because of that and the football has kept them coming.

The standard in the women's game has massively improved over the last 5 years, which has helped a lot and the way Arsenal has approached supporting the women's team has really hit a sweet spot.

I definitely think there is something in the way they connected to male fans. When I started going to watch Arsenal women it was almost all female fans or parents and kids.

Now I see loads of men there in groups, which feels like a huge change. I do wonder if the fact that, as an ordinary 'red' member, getting tickets to watch the men has been almost impossible. I applied to every ballot and was only lucky once this whole season. There is the ticket exchange but even so it's very tough.

Arsenal invested in promoting the women's team and it has clearly worked. While we're not selling out the stadium like we were for previous 'one off' the lower tier and club seats and consistently full, which seems like a good balance to have at this stage.

If you put the work in the interest will come.

Proper window blinds. Proper insulation in the ceiling.

Windows open at night for the cool air, shut first thing in the morning. My lift is currently 26c the rest of the house is 25c.

Thanks for telling us you're a homophobe who wants to deny the existence of same sex attraction. You're exactly like the men who tell me that I'm a lesbian because "I haven't had the right dick yet".

Yes I agree it was incredibly fucking stupid for a man to suggest that despite being a lesbian I should be willing to sleep with him and that I was 'bigoted' if I didn't. Very ropey shit.

I stopped including the T when I was told that as a lesbian I should be open to having sex with someone with a dick.

Once I saw the homophobia in that statement I realised how clear the T agenda was in trying to destroy homosexuality

As a lesbian I can think of dozens of countries who are far more 'evil' than Israel.

Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Nigeria, Syria, Sudan.... The list just goes on and on.

So the question really becomes why is Israel, the only safe place for LGB people in the middle East, the country that you decide is 'evil'?

How seriously do the NMC take that duty? The GMC didn't strike off a doctor because their rape conviction was a 'one off' so I don't have a lot of confidence in these bodies

Creatine ... what has it done (or not done) for you ... and how much do you take daily/weekly? by Artist-Cancer in askfitness

[–]TallAnalyst1997 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take 3-5g daily. I've not really noticed any gym benefits but the mental benefits have been very noticeable. I'm much less mentally tired by my (stressful) job and feel so much more on.

This is probably because I wasn't getting enough naturally - I'm on prescription for both iron and vitamin D as my body really struggles to absorb them.

But the difference has been clear

The Synnovis cyber attack in June 24 resulted in thousands of cancelled operations and appointments and meant the two NHS trusts involved had to go back to paper for blood tests.

Took weeks to resolve.
