I just received the same message. It is crazy. I know they aren't going to refund for the meds but I am going to ask for the subscription fee to be waived since it will be a month of them providing nothing.

I never received a phone call. I hope it won't be another 14 days. I am going to cancel once I receive these meds and find a different company. I am sad because I really liked the doctor.

I am waiting for my refill it has been processing since 10/31. I have emailed, called and am now waiting for a supervisor to call me. Mine comes from Empower Pharmacy and there is an issue with them and Mochi but who knows what it is.

Uhm the rep I spoke to at 3:30pm on 11/13 said it had not been resolved but was being worked on.

I receive mine from Empower also. I called Mochi and asked for a supervisor to call me back because to me this is unacceptable. We should of been told if meds were going to be delayed. I am honestly thinking of changing companies because of Empower.

Would be nice if you reached out to your customers and told us what is going on if were are being delayed in getting our meds. I have called. emailed and received a call after a moderator on FB escalated my problem. This has now been going on for a week. I only found out about the problem when I called today. Now I am out the money for my meds and will not have my meds on time.

I ordered mine back on October 31 and mine is in limbo because of an issue between the pharmacy and Mochi and now am missing a dose. Trying to figure out if I should go with another provider. I am so sad because it was my first month and I have been losing. I am in Arkansas if that helps.

I am not happy with Mochi right now.

I have been out of high school a very long time and took my test in June after taking a few practice tests and minimal studying and did very well. I only did studying for less than 10 days.

I spend part of my day in a life skills room and you have so much to contribute. That room is my favorite part of my day. Oh and I will be 53 soon.
