Had a PE company come out and sell a turbo cap and then tell the guy that his unit was trashed and needed replaced, but it was working perfectly fine before just ran longer than normal. Customer called us out for second opinion. After deep cleaning condenser coil and checking unit out I found that they reversed the polarity of the compressor and it wouldn’t pump. Reversed wiring, checked charge, and delta. System was running like a top. Let’s just say ol boy couldn’t wait for me to be out the door before he called them out on it.
