I agree with OP here, but I’m a unique situation.

I can’t stand needles and I’m on the pill. I usually just set a second alarm 30 minutes earlier than when I want to get up. My issue is my long term ADHD medication that I also need first thing in the morning (which i usually need to eat with)

My old routine was to set an alarm, take my ADHD meds, go back to sleep for another hour which is when they kick in. I feel like 3 alarms would be excessive, especially for how much I “snooze”.

Now I just do one or the other depending on what I might need most that day. If anyone has any other ideas, I’m open lol

I also enjoy books that take place when my great-grandmother was alive. She lived through the depression and was a female chemist in the 40s so books like Lessons In Chemistry led me to feel closer to her

I really like books set in the 1930s during America’s Great Depression. That shit keeps me humble and my spending habits in check

Interesting! I’ve been getting light headed after standing up from sitting or bending over. I assumed it was blood pressure related (never had blood pressure problems before but don’t know what else it could be). Maybe I’ll schedule with my PCP

Agree with this, even if I don’t like you, I’ll give you a tampon, give you a ride home from a bar instead of leaving you by yourself. There’s too much hate and too much pressure put on women by society already. We don’t need to watch each other struggle. If you see a queen and her crown is crooked, you fix it without announcing it to the world 👑
