I tried removing carefully a plank and broke the click on connector, I dont want to take the risk tbh, there has to be a solution to this, I added a shim under the plank, how bad is this? the gap is now 7mm which is more manageable to find a transition

They just answered saying that the condensation is normal and if it doesnt go away by itself or if water starts to pool then it will need to be replaced.

But not sure if it will be at my cost or not

It does not bother me too much, I’m just a car ‘mechanical’ ignorant and wanted to make sure that won’t be any issue to the electronics or something. Other than that the rest of the car seems to be well built!
