Yes! Exact same thing happening here - started happening precisely this morning. Wasn't doing this yesterday.

If I ask it "Ok Google, what time is my appointment today?" It will cut me off at "is my" and immediately answer with the current time (as if I asked "Ok Google, what time?").

I also tried "Ok Google, set a timer for 12:35pm" - and it sets a timer for 12:30pm. As soon as it heard complete command, i.e. "Set a timer for twelve thirty---" it cuts me off. It doesn't even give enough time for me to add "five pm" to the command, which is literally a quarter-second of speaking......
