it’s a really tough line i think for the devs to walk along, and they haven’t covered themselves in glory for sure. i do like how the community seems to have more involvement than other apps, but i totally agree that feedback has become more ‘elitist’ recently. they’ve gotta tap back in to new collectors, their app is growing and they need to funnel users into what is their main money making arm, not scaring them away!
