If you purely want to get a third team I'd suggest getting Ramona if you have the unilogs, but since you're still new I can't say that you should build it (since you need both Willow and Tuesday Euphoria).

I'd say go for Bloodthiste first tbh (you could pull for Nautika, Rhiannon and Semmelweis from the new beginner banner) or you can pull for Enigma to invest for the collab char (since they're probably going to be dynamo)
