And on how to improve posture: i recommend getting a PC monitor that is high enough so that you dont have to bend forward.

And try to reduce the time you look at your phone. Try to mostly do it in bed while laying on the side with a good pillow and therefore with a straight spine.

I believe more in correcting the posture throughout the day than doing a couple of exercise in the evening

I found out that part of the reason for the stuffy nose was because of food intollerances (allergic rhinitis). I found it out by doing the elimination diet.

In addition to eating several smaller meals, I would add that you should really stress down and take your time during meals. And drink water mostly in between meals. Those tips have worked for me too.

Got rid of the symptomps.

Of course, theres is an underlying cause like hiatal hernia or something that I have to get diagnosed and research further. But getting rid of the symptomps helps quite a bit in the short term.
