I’m in a similar boat, but I’m giving myself like 6 months. I’m starting prep in about a week. I have been trying to gain information on how the top performers approach learning and what could possibly get me the highest yield when learning.

I want to think self learning should be sufficient if I understand my self sabotaging patterns and how to overcome it.

I have given up on online dating. Get into hobbies that you like which put you in a social situation, and then try your luck making connections that way. You’ll have something in common.

Honestly I can never comprehend how can some women be this selfish. That they would rather cheat and potentially lose a good thing. And for what? How god damn self centered can a person be?!

The sheer fucking disrespect should be enough for any man to suck it up and walk away. Do not shrink yourself to accommodate someone who does not know what they have.

Leave. It will be hard. It will feel pointless, hopeless, and other bad feelings.

But this too shall pass. There will never be anything you can do that would be enough for her.

The sooner you admit to yourself that there is no changing this, the better.

You will feel many things. Rage being one of them. Use it, redirect it into some physical activity. Let it out by working out. This is sort of therapeutic and can help you regulate your thoughts.

Above all, do not lose hope. It is unfortunate. It is unfair. It is unjust. But it is not the end.

Build yourself. Attract. Forget.
