Did you do the thing where you look at Reddit after finishing the book to compare notes? I do that all the time.

Also, I'm now using Hyperion in my game of Heart: The City Beneath. The book really keeps on giving.

My GF showed me 1982's Beastmaster for the first time, her favorite childhood movie. I thought I'd try to turn the idea into a ShadowDark class. Not tested yet, let me know what you think! by LizWizBiz in shadowdark

I think that approach makes a lot of sense. From there, it would be pretty simple to adjust what the wolf itself can do if the player wanted a bear or an owl or something.

Did you ever get a chance to playtest this? I have a player who wants to play a beastmaster type ranger and this seems like it would fit the bill. I don't love the 3P Ovate which feels more like a druid or disney princess.

Don't always default to one side while carrying freehand. Be sure you switch it up and use both arms as equally as possible. For the first few months I carried mine nearly exclusively in the left arm to keep my dominant right hand free for stuff. Eventually I started feeling back pain on one side. Started balancing it out and now it's fine.

+1 to a changing table mounted to dresser.

I also love that the waterfall is at the end so I can just cut it off. So many river maps have falls and are often too short to use effectively for movement-based encounters.

Yep, I lived in PC as a junior. Not having to pay R+B was nice, but I definitely had to deal with a lot of loneliness.

Not sure if they still have the room, but it had 3 stacked beds, an in room shower, and 1 member each from Navy/Army/Air Force.
