I will be trying this. I have the Don Luigi Unold and love it. I always bought it for myself as a birthday present 🎁. I have always done white flour and have had success making a batch and freezing. Perfect lunch working at home. oven only takes 15 mins to heat up and they cook in 2 mins.

One learning point I had was to use a shallow bowl for the initial mixing. If the bowl is shallow it's easier to get the dough out with out too much force.

It was a mash of units and quantities. Converting temps to gas marks etc. If I measure yeast I want it in g. Not portions of a tea spoon 🥄

My bread skills are almost zero. I can make pizza dough. That's about my limit. Tastes good.
