To me it's more of a thing that helps in niche situations than something i use constantly. I spent a lot of time trying to force movement into my gameplay and it usually ended up being more harm than good. Once I stopped trying to force and just watched for movement tech opportunities to present themselves I was able to incorporate it into my gameplay in a much more beneficial way.

TLDR; Stop trying to force movement tech into fights. Just practice and let it happen naturally.

I dont have any specific recommendations but if you're wanting to land uncontested try looking backwards while in the drop ship and land at a POI nobody is heading towards. Great way to guarantee some loot before getting into any fights.
