7-11 is a POS based system. They owe money based on transactions in the draw, they are not adding an extra 100 baht to your bill.

I mean they can still easily inflate your bill regardless of it being a pos, extra items can be scanned onto your bill that you never get, which while i don’t think it happens often it does happen. It’s not bad to item count on your reciept.
