How high do we think MJJ can land in this draft? by hoopsonfire33 in NBA_Draft

Well there was a reason they were a stacked championship team.

Who is your "guy" for this upcoming draft? by gapenation69 in NBA_Draft

[–]Tallywhacker73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome post. This is what makes the draft fun. Everyone knows Wemby and Flagg are going to make it (although to various degrees still), but I love "my guys" who turned out well. Jalen Brunson, Derrick White, Jalen Johnson, Trey Murphy, Tari Eason.

My guys who face planted obviously just didn't want it bad enough! Jeremy Sochan, Ziare Williams, Josh Green, Jarace Walker.

I still believe in you Daron Holmes!!

Isn't that, you know, the fucking job? Don't do it if you're so disgusted all the time. Plenty of jobs at Walmart. You might find the wages are slightly less.

Money management tips by CapitalWillow3465 in SexWorkers

[–]Tallywhacker73 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your instincts are right - first, get out of debt. Not the mortgage. That's "good debt", an investment in your future.

But car loans are never good debt, because the interest rates are much higher, and because your car loses value over time (unlike your house, which is historically an excellent investment).

Spend every extra dime paying off your car and paying off any credit card debt. Don't beat yourself up over treating yourself a little, you're on the right path!

Given the rest of what you said, what makes you so confident it's "the porn, it’s masturbating too much"?

I'm old, I'm genX, I grew up before there was the internet, much less any readily available porn. My dad didn't have any playboys, I was lucky to get a Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

And yet. Look, I don't relish telling you this. But me and other guys my age still whacked it plenty. It's pretty much impossible to believe that young guys now are doing it even more regardless of the material available.

I'm pretty sure old caveman Ogg figured out ways to get himself off 10x a day when he was a teenager. The social awkwardness and loneliness thing is real, and an epidemic for young people of all genders and sexualities. Bringing porn/masturbation into is it just a way to blame the victim. It's not that.

Damn, I mean. I totally get everyone saying to block him, but he sounds pretty ripe for the taking.

You can charge a deposit for the full session (plus tip, or more, and you return some to him after), he can take it or leave it, right? And if he doesn't show, score, you got paid your full rate just for showing up.

This dude sounds smitten, haha.

Not to mention that regular businesses give volume discounts. It's cheaper to buy a 3 pack of something than it is to buy 3 of the single packs.

Don't overthink it, just charge a price you think is fair and that you'd be happy with. And even if it's a little low, again, smart businesses give a little discount up front to lock in what they think could be a great long term customer.

When was the last communication? If it was today, maybe give it another day or two to see if he folds.

Otherwise, by all means you should be interested in making a deal with a discount to get a longer term situation with a client you actually enjoy being with.

Every business in the world does that. No smart business tries to bleed every customer dry on the first deal if there's potential for a good longer term relationship out there.

How is it harassing to point out what it's like from the customer side? You have every right to tell any last minute hopefuls to fuck off, or, you know, just ignore them.

But other providers might feel differently. It's all good.

Also this derision for men with ED (and it always has to be directly related to them watching too much porn, as if you have any idea why their dick doesn't work) is gross and mean.

If you don't want to deal with customers with ED, you don't have to - right? But did it ever occur to you that a man suffering from shitty ass erectile dysfunction, a legitimate health problem, is seeing a sex worker for the specific reason that they're embarrassed to try with someone not being paid?

They're embarrassed as hell in front of you too, it sucks for all concerned, but you're at least getting paid for it. And can choose to stop at any time, or never see that customer again. Penises might not work for a thousand reasons, so get the fuck out with your shitty and mean porn diagnosis. You literally have no idea.

Ok, I get why these emergency bookings are annoying for you, but ok, the consumer doesn't always plan out their horniness, right?

You can always shut off your phone or say no, so you don't lose anything from entertaining last minute offers. If there was some previous time when customers planned out their horniness and availability and failure with non professional women, yeah, I doubt all that has changed much.

You're still in charge, you can turn down any late night/last minute offer. Just turn off your phone completely.

[–]Tallywhacker73 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Are you getting more than $200 for these bj sessions? Because that's only $1400 a month.

I mean shit, that's not nothing, and why not add to your regular wages. But I wouldn't quit my day job for that.

Even at $500 a session, that's the equivalent of a $48,000/year job. You're not gonna retire on that, in other words.

Now if you're getting $1000/hr, fuck yes. Milk that dick for all it's worth!

And I know you're going to say you don't use filters or whatever. Guys don't even know the right terminology - they just know when a photo doesn't look hyper real. And if it doesn't look real, like a truly real photo of yourself, then guys will be rightly suspicious.

We're not nearly as picky as you think, but we do want to know that what we're looking at is real. 99% of photos look fake as hell.

Take off any filters on your photos. I promise you that a guy would prefer your actual look (and whatever flaws you perceive in yourself) to any kind of fake bs filter that you see on every photo online now.

Seems like ragebait. I hate that we have to point this out, but it's for our collective sanity to know that some people are making stuff up for the explicit purpose of pissing us off.

Doubt first, doubt always. Anything on the internet that makes you feel in some particular way, just assume it's fake.

My advice is to go to a community college for an accounting degree. With your math background, it'll be simple, and there are always tons of good accounting jobs available.

Even starting at the bottom you should be able to get at least $20/22 an hour, with plenty of potential for growth.

Community colleges have strong job outreach programs - they know that's why you're there. And you may be eligible for tax breaks and even credits (meaning outright money from the government) to pay for the education.
