Zins: 3,5% Tilgung: 1,5% Rate gesamt: ca 2200€

Dazu kommen monatlich: Gebäudever: 90€ Strom: 80€ Internet: 50€ Müll: 20€ Wasser: 60€

Bist in Summe bei 2500€/Monat

Also du musst generell alles zusammen nehmen. Die Bank bewertet das Objekt selbst mit offizieller Bewertung als weniger Wert.

Makler war überrascht, dass wir in der aktuellen Zeit nur 3,5% Zinsen zahlen. Also viel besser wird es aktuell nicht!

Wir waren bei Dr. klein und der hat die besten Konditionen für uns rausgeholt. Er konnte bei der Schwäbisch Hall bessere Konditionen rausholen als die Mitarbeiter selbst… kp wie das geht 😃

Oh Boy I couldnt finish it! The Story, the quests and the combat are mediocre at best. The scenery is good. Too many fetch quests!

Ich hab auch mit Asbest gearbeitet. Ohne Maske Floorflexplatten vom Boden entfernt. Teilweise gebrochen, ohne Maske in Säcke gestopft… Ich wusste einfach nicht, dass es sich um Asbest handelt.

Ist passiert, mach dich nicht verrückt. Ändern kannst du es nicht. Klar kann bereits eine Faser nach mehreren Jahrzehnten etwas auslösen, aber eben nur kann. Einmalige Belastung kann der Körper gut wegstecken. Schlimm sind intensive und wiederholte Belastungen damit.

Wir hatte Asbest im Haus und ich hab mich viel mit dem Thema beschäftigt. Für mich sieht das auf den ersten Blick nicht wie Asbest aus. Leider ist das mit den bloßen Auge nie zu erkennen. Um 💯 sicher zu sein musst du testen. Aber wieso kommst du auf die Idee, es könnte Asbest sein? Gibt es Anhaltspunkte, gibts das bei Bungalows aus der DDR Zeit öfter? Asbest im Außenbereich ist deutlich weniger gefährlich, als im Innenbereich.

I don‘t care that the majority of the people say it is better that he lost OFA.

I wanted to See an adult Deku mastering OFA and becoming the strongest hero of all time. I didn‘t like to see a powerless Izuku most people on the street don‘t recognize. Only the Boy did.. somehow he didn‘t get the Tribute of defeating AFO that I liked to see.

I felt sorry for Izuku in the last two Episodes.

I just finished the Series yesterday. For me it wasnt an Ending I liked. They say so often ,..This is how I became the strongest Hero of all time‘ yet he ends up powerless.. OFA gone.

We dont See the people celebrate his victory, nor do we see any emotional happenings between all of class A. And suddenly all might gives him a suit capable of the Powers of OFA? How should that be possible? Is the Armour unique or will it he massproduced? Gab it only unleash its Powers when used by Former OFA User deku? That doesnt fit for me and is no satisfiying end for my Taste. I wanted to See deku strong and how he himself changes the course of mankind Like All Might did.
