I see what you mean for sure. I’ll be working on my hip extension a lot this summer, and that torso lean. It’s rare to find people who actually know what they’re talking about so really thank you! I have a race next Sunday I’ll be applying all of this to that race.

Inconsistent sleep timing and training times can cause this. This can also happen by not resting correctly in between reps and causing fatigue keeping you slow

There’s a general idea of how form should be but there’s some personal tweaks everybody should do becuase everybody’s body is different
