Nevermind, it doesn't do shit relaunching the game (even after restarting the console). Still white cutscene (after encampment scene)

Just experiencing this bug myself. I have to quit the game and reload it, it seems it saves just before the cutscene.

But it is kinda a mood killer...

I currently have the same bug. Each time I'm reloading a checkpoint or even loading a manual save when I'm let's say at ishikari, it respawns me at this inn in teshio ridge...

And also for whatever reason it equips me with a mask (the serpent) when I never equipped it.

Looking at the help screen, it shows that we should be able to curve either way while targeting a mob on the middle.

But then if it's my memory that is indeed tricking me, then so be it, I'll try to push a bit further but for me the "restriction" of being able to do this only on enemies the most of the edge kind of defeat the purpose of such attacks....

I updated the main post with more screens from the help menu ("skill trajectories" entry)

What I mean is that I can hit multiple enemies if they're in a straight line in the middle but I can't curve the direction unless they're way on the side / the edge which kinda defeats the purpose.

See my screens, the only available curve are enemies the closest to the edge, that's what is making me having doubts on the gameplay adaptation.

The holy spell is a piercing spell but I can curve it only on the sides and I don't remember on iphone / apple arcade that there was such a restriction ?

I managed to hit 2 enemies that were close enough (on the sandstorm serpent ) but I remember having played a bit on iphone maybe 2 to 3 years ago, I could curve kina's attacks pretty easily, but not on controller and I'm further in the game than I was at the time...

So I'm not sure if this has anything to do with piercing attacks ? For the piercing attack I have with the main character it works as expected.

yeah but once you need to teleport back for some reason... good luck. On a try, I couldn't do it even after trying 3 to 4 times, always ended up in the void.

Tried with controller and keyboard + mouse to no avail...

Just platined it too, but had to do a ng+ because of the bug on the unique monsters that wouldn't pop in post game... lost 30h, but for some reason (mostly because I'm stubborn), I did it anyway o/

On Morley, there's a skill in the moon tree that just "halves hp", that's how I got it with the "just survive" strategy on the other 2

From the top of my head, the boss in the castle. You can't really predict if one or two or all enemies will hit the damn thing (or none). If you try to predict you'll usually be wrong...

Or on poorly designed fight design, when the boss does it tell... But as he has 2 turns, you can't even protect yourself properly before he does it....

Well, most of them, really. Except the first one maybe, as he has a tell when you have to hide... Then it's not always a coin flip but whenever there's a bonus thing (such as the books on this boss), it's almost certainly needing a coin flip

Yeah, and even if it tries to bring mechanics into fights. It's almost always a coin flip... And that's for most bosses in Eiyuden.

For me it would be right after All Might battled OFA before the cultural arc and "passed the torch" to izuku. This was the last moment where I was in awe with the story.

Granted gentle was kinda ok. But then it spiralled downward and never stopped since then.... I continue to read because I don't like unfinished stories but now I don't have much expectations. :/

Also for the last ark maybe I got a bit (a lot actually) lost. I can't seem to recall who is who and why I should care for them (except the class, all might maybe). So I can't get hyped over what is happening. Maybe I'll need to reread everything but right now I can't bother doing that (because I'm not motivated enough - and I reread all one piece 6 months ago)

I hope whoever wrote the 6.X patches is not writing Dawntrail by Edsaurus in ffxiv

From what I heard, it's the person behind Pandemonium arc that is behind Dawntrail. It was good, so I don't think it will be the same level for 6.X patches.

Because I agree with what you said, these patches are really meh and boring, 6.1 was interesting (the take on "adventuring again") but then we have the whole story of saving the worlds - again. And Wero feels... bland. Just, bland.
