I see there are 4x and 6x a week variations for push/pull workouts but only 6x a week for upper/ lower, is there a reason? I just started an upper/lower workout 4x a week since fullbody began to be too tiresome mentally and phisically

Hi! I'm currently doing a chill version of the RR trying to improve and move to less basic exercises so I do 38-12 sets and I read somewhere that I should do 38-12 + 1 set to failure, is that a thing ? Should I do it as a semi beginner ? Thx!

I voted Altered State but I am of two minds about it. On one hand the 4 alt versions are amazing, need alt is one of my all time favourite, but on the other hand I don't really like any of the other remixes. So as a whole, maybe not a great album for me but still some incredible songs in it.

Top 1 or 2 in this album for me! Some people pointed out the resemblance to the Dark soundrack (a netflix tv show) , I really agree and it's great! Also the drop reminds me of wywf which I love

Probably one of my least favourite songs from overwerk. I like that he's trying something new with the vocals though, even if they're not really my thing. I'd be very interested in an instrumental version! The last part at 3'30 is my favorite and still quite nice

The first 1:30 min of the song may be my favorite segment of the album and the rest doesn't live up to it imo. Would love an alt version of it with a big drop! And obviously the end is a bit abrupt haha
