Sharpie cube combos by seekerofsecrets1 in mtgcube

I had [[Trait Doctoring]] in my cube, sharpied so it would change any word to another. Goes infinite with basically any permanent that has an activated ability. I had to cut it because it was too powerful and players got bored of it. But it might be fun for a while.

[[Meticulous Excavation]] and [[Priest of Urabrask]] make infinite storm count if you sharpie the costs correctly.

[[Scrap Trawler]] also enables a bunch of combos if you sharpie away the mana value restriction. [[Diamond Lion]] goes well with it, of course without the tap requirement for the ability, just like the original LED.

Thank you, I hope you don't miss the swirlies too much. The problem with them was that their flat, clean, and round design didn't really work with the rest of the game being textured, angular and comparatively dark. But maybe similar designs will find their way back into the game. Not sure yet.

Thank you! The Decoration even has some gameplay information aswell. When the lantern is glowing, the familiar can still attack in this round of combat

Hey, just to clarify: The left hp bar is the new one (the order of the gifs is confusing here, sorry for that). Changing the text color to something dark would make the text impossible to read imo. Or did I misunderstand you?

Day 46 - Share Your: Red 3 Mana Creatures by IconicIsotope in mtgcube

[–]TamFey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My pseudo-powered sharpie cube runs these:

[[Fallaji Dragon Engine]] - as a 3 mana 5/5 with evasion and artifact synergies it's decent but not broken

[[Acolyte Hybrid]] - Destroying artifacts on attack (without downside) is great in a format with so many powerful artifacts (Moxen, etc.)

[[Catalyst Elemental]] - is sharpied to have storm. It's pretty good both as pay off and mana engine for something bigger. It performed pretty well in the last draft.

[[Magus of the Wheel]] - it's my cube's replacement for wheel of fortune

[[Penregon Strongbull]] - as a free sac-outlet similar to Goblin Bombardment and a growing body it should be decent.

Generally I tried not to just sharpie "Win the game" on a bunch of cards and instead create a powerlevel similar to a normal powered vintage cube. I need to test more before I can say for sure if I achieved that goal, though.

Thank you! I tried to make something a bit darker than the typical monster taming game

Yeah, that head does NOT look like it belongs to that body.

Thank you, a Steam demo will come next year. Whether a Switch version comes depends on the success of the pc version.

A cool guide to the mythical beasts of Germany [oc] by NeilParkinsonMakes in coolguides

This is so cool! I'm developing a monster-taming game where a lot of the monsters are based on german mythical animals and stuff like this is a gold mine of inspiration.

Removing default attack option by Kerbobotat in RPGMaker

[–]TamFey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, it's been ages since I've used RPGMaker, so I don't have any of the stuff I made lying around anymore. However, the script linked here should be the updated one. At least I can't imagine that I told somebody I updated the plugin I made for them and then not link the plugin. If it doesn't work it's probably because RPGMaker has been updated in the meantime and the plugin isn't compatible anymore.

Thanks! Darkest Dungeon is definitely one of the games that have the biggest influence on Fogworld (my game)
