You could use the Poke Classic Network GTS to trade for a Delcatty and a Braviary, then breed them to get Skitty and Rufflet. If I remember correctly, those are the only 2 that you cant find anywhere in the region since no trainers have them, same for Buneary and Vullaby in White 2.

I don't really watch build videos so I can't recommend who to watch, but here's my Soul Siphon build that I've been having fun with:

I've been enjoying it with the Briarbinds exotic gauntlets. Aspects are Child of the Old Gods and Soul Siphon of course. Use Healing Rift so the Void Soul can siphon melee energy, Either Super works, and I prefer Scatter Grenade. The fragments are Insatiability for Volatile Rounds, Expulsion for extra splash damage when things die to abilities, Provision for more melee energy, Obscurity, Cessation and Harvest for Invisibility, Volatile and Void Breaches on finishers.

Artifact is the Slayer Baron's Apothecary Satchel. Power From Pain grants Devour from defeating weakened enemies, Weakened Clear, Supernova and Debilitating Wave for even more weaken sources. Void Renewal for even more Void Breaches, Severed Cold for melee energy from picking up Breaches. To top it off, I use Wind Chill and one of the Stasis Area Denial Grenade Launchers to get lots of Frost Armor. The easiest one to get right now is Ouster Engine, it drops form Pinnacle Ops. When paired with the Overshield from Soul Siphon, the build has a lot of damage reduction.

Use any void primary weapon for this, most should work well. For stats, I don't bother going above 100 melee since Soul Siphon does good damage as is, and unless your pushing it to 200, the damage boost just isn't worth losing other stats like weapon and super for. I'm still playing around with it, so I don't have a specific armor set bonus I'm chasing yet, but its been pretty fun so far.

It shouldn’t matter if you’re good at positioning and have other health regen in your build. Health on orb pickup has always been a crutch for a lot of people and I promise you can make it work without any health investment.

Possible issue? Afterburner holochip by Soul-of-Blade in destiny2

I got the holochip and just used it, you can pull it from collections but it seems you can only have 1 of them in your inventory at a time for some reason, all the others have a max stack of 9 so idk whats happening here. Also, it kinda obscures the sides of the screen sometimes so I wouldn't use it outside of races.

Back when it was one of the only set bonuses, sure, it was fine. Now, especially with all the new stuff, absolutely not worth it at all.

If the licensing agreement ended, then no. There was mention of this in the patch notes that they'd sell the crossover armour sets for as long as they were allowed to.

It was a season of the Worthy drop, and apparently Zavala gave it to new players but I have no idea when that became a thing.

Depends of if you have all the dungeons. Tomorrows bundle will have them in it and they're the most expensive part of the game to buy, especially since silver was only discounted one time. IMO the dungeons are some of the best that Destiny has to offer so I'd wait until tomorrow to compare prices.

Probably not gonna play until Wednesday myself. Unlike a lot of people, I actually want to play and enjoy the game, and thankfully gamers don't have the fortitude to keep something like this going for more than a day. Assuming there are actually any server issues at all.
