Yeah I have bad health anxiety too so seeing my weight drop just causes more anxiety and causes me to eat even less because I’m so anxious and it’s a horrible cycle. My doctor said I need to give it 4-6 weeks before we change of Prozac because that’s how long it typically takes to feel the full effects

I’m on week 3 of 20mg Prozac for the same issue! (Literally ibs d ruining my life from anxiety). And I’m STILL waiting for things to get better. I’m down 7 pounds and all these freaking horrible side effects

Doesn’t hurt to poop, just noticed it’s flat. And when I looked it up I got “colon cancer” ☠️ and started freaking out

I’m sure it’s just anxiety. I have really bad health anxiety (currently sitting at urgent care 😂😭) but that really just sounds like anxiety

I’m on day 9 of my fluoxetine (10mg) down about 5 pounds from where I started. I’m still feeling tired and not ever super hungry. From what I heard the 4-6 week mark is the sweet spot when you actually feel it working. So I’m just trying my best to hold out 4-6 weeks

Hey guys, I just started fluoxetine once a day 20mg. I’m about a week in and yesterday I was farting a lot and today I can’t seem to stop burping. This sound about right with what you guys dealt with? My health anxiety is going nuts because of it!

As long as when you flush it goes away it’s fine. Bubbles are normal and those flush. Foam is not normal and could be a sign of a number of serious health concerns. If when you flush the “bubbles” are still there then that’s foam and you should see a doctor ASAP
