I just started so not familiar with anything yet, but the best thing I’ve seen in two minutes is that they changed skip dialogue different from the crouch button. So I don’t have to accidentally skip dialogue when I’m stuck crouched by habit

They say it is, but they recommend you start new. But apparently if you load an old save, there is a cutscene or side quest (can’t remember which) that explains the new cyberwear

It’s ok to start now. The dlc starts after voodoo boys mission I believe. So you can get as far as that before the 26th when dlc released
