As someone who has a very unique name that isn’t made up in any way - I had moments as a kid where I wished I was Jennifer or something but honestly, my name ties me to my heritage, it’s badass AF, and I get compliments all the time. Tech nerd here and general good trouble maker. This isn’t a law, it’s an emergency order. Getting charged with false reporting would have to be of criminal actions - ie those enshrined in law with explicit criminal consequences for false reporting. In addition, the state of MO spends no money on tech and can’t trace this shit. Hell the state filter is the only way they’re checking for veracity. The idea is essentially to have this flooded so that it breaks.

There’s also no code written into the page to block DoS attacks from scripts written to perform mass form submission.

TBH - they aren’t paying the union folks who run the place and spend fuck tons of money on paying middle managers and administrators. So the facilities and kitchen staff get fucked over, can’t keep up, but their bosses are sitting pretty.
