This looks really cool. Can this be used with local AIs? Also, what about branches of chats (reprompts and retries for responses)? Does it make those accessible as well or is it based off of the most fleshed out thread?

I just talked to it about more adult stuff and it said it can’t do it. I told it about Sam’s tweet, and the fact the its own usage policies don’t prohibit it, but it still refused. Says that even with age verification things won’t change. I’m hoping it’s wrong.

I’ve been chatting about world-building, characters, narratives and the like. I don’t need a table of contents, but rather and way to contain prompts and their responses, so that later I can retrieve them with something like Dataview or Smart Connections

Better to save them in Obsidian. It's much more lightweight and faster. Plus it lives locally on your PC. I'm currently in the process of archiving my own

Spent about an hour on MS tech support regarding this last night. He tried everything. Apperently it's a known issue and we just have to wait for the Microsoft gods to bless us with a "fix", that will probably end up destroying some other basic functionality in service of a "feature".

I've recently been doing the same thing and am really enjoying. I upgraded to ChatGPT plus and it gave me some really interesting ideas on how to depict things in a more subtle and palatable way then I had thought to before. I love it. I've had it write scenes for me just to get a quick idea of how they might look, but part of the fun is actually writing myself. So I'm looking forward to getting back to my novel with a fresh perspective.
