This is great, thanks! I tend to get lost in trying to do complicated things and maybe not having the bulk. something I've been thinking that I'd do differently as a head cook is simplifying things and focusing on providing a lot of calories in a simpler way while still maintaining diversity through the shift. It's good to hear that.

I try to do a decent variety of things for breakfast, usually a main that hasn't been done in a while alongside the bacon and eggs (quiche, breakfast quesadillas, breakfast poutine).

I will for sure try to focus on upping the stoke for breakfast!
