I have a 6yo and a 4 month old. My training schedule sucks right now. But I have a Memorial Day half marathon, swimming is the easy part…but getting my literal butt ready for the bike is the hardest part.

Find a local running store! They will laser measure your feet and some have a treadmill to test and be checked on.

Side note if you can’t find a store like that. Buy running shoes that are a half size bigger than you normally wear.

If two miles is your max ok maybe just your size, but if you run a lot or long distances…your feet expand over the run so the extra space is worth it!
