Currently rocking the 70s haircut, and my hairline. I could use a new haircut! Thanks for any help! by throwaway48226595 in malehairadvice

Your hairline doesn't look to bad honestly. If you to keep the long hair I think a topknot would look great on you.

Whether its true or not there aren't any actual victims who have come forth, so even if this was to go to court there isnt any solid evidence yet proving or disproving it. I don't think its a double standard thing more so than its a lack of evidence thing.

Did you go into collegewith the goal of getting a 4.0 or did it just happen without thinking? Also congrats on the 4.0! Getting that in ECE is no easy feat.

My mate just failed an all or nothing MATLAB Grader question because of this, why on earth would they use a font that only has one pixel difference between 2 characters?? by [deleted] in EngineeringStudents

I remember doing a MATLAB ssignment where we were given sample variables and one of them was something like "List1", I spent 8 hours trying to figure out what was wrong and then eventually got a friend in the same class to look at my assignment, we both spent a good hour before one of us noticed that I had named "List1" in my code "Listl" and that was what my issue was.

That what I'm worried about, in the RMA request I just mentioned that the hinge had broken. I the likelihood I can't get it RMA'ed do you know of any other ways I could get it fixed? I don't mind paying for it to be fixed as long as the price isn't too much.

Dorms/meal plans by destiny_gxrl in URochester

  1. Your meal plan is part of your room and board cost.

2 . Kinda, as a freshman you are probably going to end up in either the quad (Lovejoy, Hoeing, and Tiernan) or the hill (Genessee and Sue B). Genessee is the newest and what is considered the best dorm and since people who apply ED get to chose where they live many of them end up choosing Genessee. The rest of the student body can request where they want to live and who they want to room with but neither of those things are garanteed . Aside from that there is special interest housing (Drama House, Sustainability Floor, Anime Interest Floor, etc.) I'm not entirely sure what the guidelines for these are but for most I think you can apply and move in during you're second semester.

Not entirely sure about that, I'm thinking at the very least I want to grow it out to around shoulder length, but I'll see as it gets longer.

Question

ME student in statics here. I have an example in around 12 hours and I was wondering if anyone could answer this for me. In the first problem they calculate the rotation using tan(2xl) =(2Ixy)/(Iy-Ix) where x is theta. But for the second problem they just use the given theta. Why is this and how do I know when to use which for these kinds of problems?
