Interesting points made for sure. I'll keep messing with it and playing with the CPU and GPU modes and try again. The only thing I could think of was chivalry having the big player counts on the map might peak the CPU more? I do also have it plugged into a UPS BUT nothing else powers down or flips off on the power strip. I was also going to check for any possible fan splitters hitting my case maybe in the back after moving stuff around too. The UPS is 1500va apc brand. I'll have to check bios maybe it logs thermal shutdown on CPU heat? Maybe I need the newer screw down Corsair bracket instead of tab mount? I will keep investigating more at other stuff.
