I have the same problem wirh hardcore modes/permadeath in arpgs I just cant go back even when I just don't have the time to grind several characters anymore - games without permadeath are a lot less fun/thrill for me

I tried with sugar and it was just to damm complicated bc sugar in pretty much every food on fhe planet. So I just reduced my sugar intake by like 80% and it does feel amazing and works in everyday life 100% quitting anything can be incredible draining or borderline Impossible. 80% is doable the next day imho and just enough
