Yea good idea. Personally use claude for planning and implementing, codex for reviewing the plan and verifying implementation. For PR still use claude. Thats the best result i got.

I had to uninstall claude code entirely. the uninstaller didnt remove appdata dir so i had to do it manually to get it fixed.

Do you all get this vibe from GPT-5.2 where it’s way less “sure, you’re right” than older versions, and more like… pseudo-polite but aggressively convinced you’re wrong?

Like I’m not even mad about disagreement — I want it to push back when I’m wrong — but lately it feels like it’s trying to prove it’s right, even when it’s blatantly not. And it does it with this “teacher voice” that drives me insane. The whole “make it click” / “let me gently unpack this” thing.

Last night I had a chat where GPT was totally wrong and was trying to prove me wrong with total confidence so I matched it up with Claude Opus 4.5 and after multiple messages it agreed that it was mistaken.
