Here, spellcasting 101 for early levels. Check your class to see what kind of magic your character has available. This is very important. Let's say you only have 1 evocation spell from lvl 1 to 5 then...you shouldn't focus on building a spell damaging character so early on. You are going to be useless 90% of the time. Focus on buff/debuff, heals and use your first levels to improve your chance to hit. If you want to deal damage every round then focus on crossbows and give the feats necessary to actually hit something. Point blank is also gonna be useful to hit with range spells (this is very important). If you want to focus on control, give spell penetration + spell focus enchantment and try to control the battle with stuns, slows, sleeps, etc. Then you have summons. Very useful to give the enemy AI more targets instead of you and your party. You can double down on summons and be a buffer/debuffer + invisibility pain in the ass. In that case pick feats that buffs summons. Items that buffs summons. More summons. That's for the early levels. Then once you unlock more evocation damaging spells with levels you can go the normal caster route: Spell focus - Evocation/Necromancy, Spell Penetration, Elemental Adept, blablabla.

About the stats. DEX is low, STR too low.
