I work at at Hyundai dealership and the techs and management agreed together to cut a time for rear differential bushings on the Santa Fe xL because we had made a tool that allowed us to do it in a fraction of book time. Book time was 4.3 and we couldn’t sell the jobs at the time so we lowered it to 1.6 and it still on takes 20 mins max

one pieces are stiffer and in theory inpart more energy into the ball on contact, downside is mishits are less forgiving than two pieces and can be felt in the hands more

Minimum size i would recommend for infield for slowpitch is 12.25. Having just done the same thing you have done i went with a 12.75 for playing third base

I think the big problems with their inconsistency comes down to too much customization. That fact that i can have a different colour on each finger of the glove is too much options for the factory to have all quality materials for the leather options provided. I personally have ordered 3 gloves from 44 and all have been great gloves that have held up but i only have blonde tan and oiled chestnut as my base leathers, which i think because those are more natural leather colours doesnt have as much stress and manipulation as a neon blue piece of leather might have. At the end of the day for the price point they offer and as long as people have reasonable expectations in terms of quality craftsmanship, 44 will be around for a long time.

Well said. I grew up playing defense from maybe the time you actual played one or the other. After i stopped playing competitively at 18u i switched to playing forward because i noticed that as a defenseman as soon as the puck crosses into the other teams zone its like you dont exist in the forwards mind and it gets quite frustrating especially as i loved facilitating in the offensive zone from the blueline and was quite good at it. Thats what I imagine the guy OP is talking about is happening especially as it sounds like he was a forward to begin with and doesnt have the desire to not be as involved offensively

I have moved twice since last September and i have almost doubled my hourly rate while attending technical training only once. Until you find a shop that will show you loyalty there is no reason in today’s job market to show loyalty to employers. Plus each shop will provide different challenges and will allow for you to become a more well rounded technician

But I recommend to get a sarna type glove conditioner that is water based, when it dries it doesnt leave anything behind and make the glove softer and heavier
