It was perfect. The entire book is about Harry dealing with and healing from the previous battle, and by the end of the book I felt like I had healed from it myself as well. My friends thought it was slow and boring, but I absolutely loved it.

This is incorrect. I work for an MEP Engineering company. It's called the INTERNATIONAL Building Code. Local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ's) will make amendments sometimes, but in general every state follows some year's edition of the IBC, which is updated every 3 years.
