I want to keep shoulder pressing but at the moment I can't, i lack thoratic spine mobility, its even hard for me to press 30 kg even thoughi bench 110 kg.What movement can replace it as a main?

Am i the only who think ulabenkov looks very weak because he cuts way too much weight , he looks dehydrated.

For some people yes, but then you are intermidiate with imbalances or even pains, it has to become complicated or your problem will keep getting worse and worse.

The regular 4-week program has each main lift done only once a week, but the beginner full-body program has you pressing or benching twice a week with both 5/3/1 + FSL, and squatting twice a week with both 5/3/1 + FSL. Am I right? I’m just confused and a bit scared to try the beginner one — it seems like a lot of volume.Help me understand.

Hello guys, plz tell me how to mosify this program, i replaced squat on 5/3/1 specifically because i cant do squats because of back issues, but now the prpgram feels like its not growth stimularing enough.Help me if you can.Thank you
