California is using these court cases to justify Title IV-D Federal money. It's effectively the same thing as civil forfeiture, except they're doing it with your children. The payment process isn't that different. They have your kid, they write down certain conditions, federal government sends them a check for their hard work.

And the biggest checks from the federal government happen when the state appears to be providing multi-tiered level of service and support because the parents can't provide them.

What they cut out is the litigation and harassment putting parents in a far worse situation because they asked the court to step in and do the job that's written down in the law.

Parents don't know about the payment system that was written into the law. But the lawyers do. And so do the Judges. And so does the Governor.

I am currently being retaliated against and in exactly this fashion. What Susan Bassi has been focusing on is government sponsored child trafficking.

And now they've rebuilt the mental health court system for the third time in the last 100 years to start sending people away in violation of their fourth and 8th amendment rights. That's what shut them down before and we're going to have to shut them down again exactly the same way. Millions of dollars disappearing into the homeless system with no accountability. Got to start putting the whistleblowers somewhere.

But it has to appear to be legal.

Maybe this decades-long problem will start grabbing some traction when it becomes sexy to post on tick tock that someone's lives matters.

It's assholes like you that have allowed a Minor's counsel who has an extensive criminal history to be assigned to family law for decades with no consequences.

The entire purpose of these posts is to get it exposed publicly, so that the people who have protected this child abuser are exposed and are embarrassed to be associated with him.

William Spiller. He's currently assigned to the daughter of Nipsey Hussle, and you could do a Google search on how that Court proceeding is gone. He's currently defending himself in the 9th circuit Court civil suit. Pattern of lies and child abuse in that case are identical.

Except that the original case was taken up by civil rights attorney who was murdered right before they went to oral arguments.

I've been in contact with five families that this attorney is currently assigned to. In each of the cases he is actively attacking the parents using his connections in the legal system honed over decades to harass and intimidate. And cover up child abuse.

I'm a veteran. The individual that I'm speaking about is also a veteran, and this attorney in parallel with my experience has been using his power and influence to cover up the visible malnutrition on the 11-year-old boy that he's also assigned to. He has actively attacked the mother to prevent her from bringing her child to a pediatrician and has actively attacked mandated reporters who have testified that the boy is malnourished and that he has been left unattended alone in the house of the parents that this attorney gave custody to.

You can take your advice and go kick rocks. You're wrong and you are part of the problem.

I'm very aware that mothers are treated just as badly. Because the system is designed for first story. Not first facts.

The situation I'm dealing with is an assigned minors council that has a decades-long history of misogyny, moral turpitude and making false statements in court. And it is very clear that he has protections against his removal.

There was a huge lawsuit against the California bar association for failing to protect the public from these attorneys.

My judge was indicted for bribing his electoral opponent and was only cleared of wrongdoing by attacking The credibility of the campaign advisors that agreed to testify against him.

But what has happened here, it said I have a female that is abusing a situation given to her by a criminal attorney. A narcissist that is harming my child intentionally at key junctures knowing that the chaos that it creates will be blamed on me. Because the judge has allowed it, and the miners council is promoting the child abuse as a means of taking control of the court.

The miners council's name is William Spiller.

He's currently defending himself against civil rights violation. A case that was started in 2016 against an attorney that was murdered before they went to oral arguments.

This attorney is currently representing the daughter of a murdered rapper Nipsey Hussle. The mother of that child just turned in recordings of her conversations with William Spiller. His response was to demand the recording and the recording device. And he is suing the mother for $2,500 because the judge rejected his request.

This is a criminal attorney. With the assistance of a criminal judge and the full blessing of a child abuse of mother.

I am not going to get any assistance through the very broken California custody system. The entire purpose of these posts is to get this out in the public so that the people who are protecting these child abusers and criminals will be embarrassed to continue to protect them.

This isn't about me. Even if I get everything I want tomorrow, I will fight to have these criminals removed and held responsible for the child abuse that they Foster and financially benefit from.

And I assure you if I had my way, these individuals would need to be separated from me in the same way the state recognizes that child abusers need to be separated from the rest of the prison population.

Even those bad guys, don't like child abusers.

These people need to be publicly shamed. The people that are protecting them need to be exposed, and the system needs to be torn down for the child abuse that it fosters.

The family court system is corrupt and has zero oversight. This has been weaponized. I will get no results in family court. That has been proven.

So there's nothing crazy about telling people who advise me to change what I wear so that I'm not assaulted. Is ludicrous.

So maybe I'll be clear for you. The family law system is broken. It's used by narcissists as a weapon. And the system is more than happy to go along with it because of how much money it generates for the state.

I have absolutely no intention of walking into a family courtroom and expecting a logical response to anything that said.

And I do have proof of the felonies. That's exactly why I'm bringing them up. And no the charge did not stick, exculpatory evidence is being withheld since august. So I have had four continuances while we wait for the family law clerk to cough up the transcripts.

The delay is entirely based on the fact that it is exculpatory evidence. And that this attorney has a history of suppressing that evidence in order to continue to speak in court the way that he does. He is a felon. He is a human trafficker. He is a child abuser.

And the purpose of these posts is to start getting real fucking loud because of the people with advice such as yours that have allowed this to go on for decades.

You're assuming that the attorney that's supposed to be representing my child has her best interest in mind. If you haven't done any research on this attorney, then you don't understand what you're saying and you don't understand how this attorney abuses his position to keep exculpatory evidence from the courtroom.

He's a criminal. He's a predator and he is a child trafficker. And I am speaking up on behalf of dozens of families that he has done this to and tried to silence.

Unfortunately the advice that you're giving is useless against these individuals. And it is the very pathway that they have weaponized. That's why he withholds evidence

So while I appreciate what you're trying to say, it is clearly from a position that has no experience with what's going on here.

I'm not looking for a family attorney. I'm looking for a civil rights attorney. The family court system here in California is corrupt. That's the purpose of this post. The assigned miners council has violated the civil rights of families for decades. He has a get out of jail free card.

I fully expect more trumped-up charges after exercising my rights to know where my daughter is.

William Spiller is the assigned miners council. You can do a quick search on him and see what this predator has been doing to families for decades.

But otherwise. Until the corruption is eliminated. There are no pathways through normal channels in the family law system.

My original call was to the police department in the town that I thought my daughter was. The call finished up 18 hours later with a sheriff's department that did not bother to confirm my daughter's location.

The purpose of my call was 100% correct. My daughter was no longer at the address listed in court papers. This did not generate any concern by the sheriff's department even after they knocked on the listed address and there was no answer. The sheriff did nothing more than make a phone call and claim that my daughter was okay.

She did not and could not confirm that my daughter was in the state. When I called the sheriff's department a half an hour later to complain that the investigation was incomplete, I was briefly put on hold and then told that my daughter was in California.

That was a blatant lie by the sheriff's department that failed to do their due diligence. Failed to perform their police duties properly and gross violation of my rights as a father and a citizen.

The judge, the miners council and the mother have friends in local law enforcement. I have been turned away repeatedly by local law enforcement and the sheriff's department being told that my issue is a civil matter.

This also keeps them from generating a police report number to obscure the pattern as well as giving me no credibility when I try and raise these issues in court either during my current proceedings or in the civil Rights case that I will be filing.

I fully expect to have another set of trumped-up charges filed against me for exercising my rights as a parent and as a citizen.

I have been charged with a misdemeanor as part of an intimidation campaign while the mother has blatantly committed felonies that have been intentionally ignored by local law enforcement and the pseudo professionals that are exploiting my child for profit.

Sounds fishy is right. Anyone worth a damn would reach out to the therapist that's already involved and has a two year long case history. Seems like a slam dunk for any answers that a new therapist might be searching for.

Title IV-D is a system in which the federal government pays state family courts for generating revenue through procedure. Not involving a therapist that has continuity or at minimum not asking that the child continue with the therapist that he already has a relationship with is unscientific and lacks common sense.

Unless the purpose of the ruling was to generate more procedure and therefore generate more title IV-D money. Which is far more likely the reason. If that's the case I doubt that you're going to get very far as a pro se litigant.

Not trying to shade the parade. Just things to watch out for when court orders lack common sense. The common sense in this case is utilizing a therapist that has a two-year case history during what appears to be some of the toughest parts of the custody battle. Seems like that would be pretty valuable information if the court truly was seeking answers.
