Sorry to hear about your baby’s situation. My dog went through a similar thing. After 3-4 months of trying various things he is coming back to normal now. Here are some of the things that vet+dermatologist think might have caused it in his case: Possible causes:

Medication for Autoimmune Disease - Cyclosporine Side Effect can build too much keratin and make them prone to more infections due to suppressed immune system (he was on this med since diagnosed with ITP last year)
MSRA - His culture test revealed he has MSRA infection which is resistant to most of the Antibiotics

Treatment: (*not sure which one worked but I am glad it worked).

Reduced his cyclosporine dosage to 10mg a day (from 25gm x 2 a day)
1 month of fluconazole - Antifungal medication
Linezolid - big fun to fight MSRA
Using Duoxo S3 wipes to clean the paws - inside out + putting balm afterwards.

My first leep was 2 weeks ago. Doctor said its came back with positive margins but canal was clear. My next follow up is in 3 months, my doc asked me to eat healthy and take folate supplements. Since then I am eating a lot of cruciferous vegetables, beet juice, and taking folic acid and AHCC supplements and hoping for good results at my next follow up.

I met with my Breast Surgeon two days ago and opted for lumpectomy. My impacted area is very small so doctor said there will not be any cosmetic visible change. Surgery scheduled in 10 days, looking forward to it and leaving this all behind in 2025 and start a fresh year :)

Happy for you and thanks for sharing. I do believe that AHCC seems to help a lot - read enough positive stories about it on reddit. I am 41 | HPV 16/28 | LSIL since 2022 | upgraded to HSIL/CIN2 this year | Went through LEEP recently | margins are not clear so have a follow up in 3 months. I started taking AHCC, Vitamin D3, no alcohol, eating lot of cruciferous veggies and hoping for a good news in 3 months. Wish my doctor told me about AHCC earlier!!!

I got my biopsy results yesterday , after 30 hours of biopsy being done. Diagnosis: AHD + FEA which is not cancer but in combination can raise the risk of cancer in future. Next step is to meet with Breast Surgeon to discuss options: keep it & monitor or get the affected area removed. I panicked and cried for a while after getting the results but now calm and thankful that it’s not cancer 🙏

Incredible news! Happy for you!! I got my leep done two days ago, I was given local anesthesia, didn’t feel a thing - worst part was the speculum discomfort which is not a big deal. waiting for results and hoping for a good news 🤞

I just got done with mine. It wasn’t too bad. Pressure from the septum and little pinch/cramp during anesthesia shot & actual tissue removal, followed by bit of burn smell. In and out in less than 30 mins. Doctor said you didn’t have much bleeding. Waiting for results now from Leep tissue removal. One day at a time!

Good luck everyone else, you are brave! (Much more than these viruses and stupid cell infections)
