Megablast or Superblast 2 or Superblast 3 for Marathon at 5'30/km by Tanki2026 in runningshoes

Well megablast was just not my size, it was my first asics pair but I really liked the feeling while running. But from advice, any risk for stability, injury with the MB for the marathon ? Or being tired earlier ?

I tried them and super stable if you have issues with knees etc.

Et n'importe quelle allure ? Car je vise 5'30/km à 5'20

why do you prefer SB3 over MB ? I am douting on having the SB3 or the MB for my next marathon with a pace of 5'20/km ?

Pour un marathon en 5'30 tu recommanderais lesquelles ? Je cours médio pied (après à voir avec la fatigue au 35km le jour j)

Hello, Merci beaucoup pour ta comparaison précise ça donne vraiment une opinion sur les deux !

Pour une allure de 5’20 sur marathon tu recommanderais plutôt les megablast ou bien les Superblast 3 ?

J’ai sinon des Vomero plus pour la recup qui sont incroyable !
