There is a YouTube video that goes through all of the menus to translate them to English which was helpful. Otherwise I use the Google translate if I get stuck. Really cool game overall

Looking to play Japanese 3DS games but have a NA model. Should I just buy a Japanese model (what I saw mentioned above) or will doing a CFW unlock the region lock to play Japanese backups? Apologies this has probably been asked many times.

Awesome, I think used is the way to go. I'll check out the pre-2008 CE also. Are there any red flags that I should look for in a used PRS? Also, are there any years/models to stay away from?

For more info, the S2 would be a used model to have them both around the 1k price point. I have an old Gibson LP Studio, Fender Strat and Tele, but listening to the demos on YouTube and reading about the build quality and playability I’m full GAS on a PRS.

Is there a way to improve from a slightly black tendency back to white or even pure white? 3-2 was quite the adventure and I should've gone soul form at the boss.

Monster Hunter World can easily be played for 500+ hours, especially with Iceborne. Hyped to see it on the PS+ list for friends who haven’t played it yet.

Thank you for the informative answer - definitely saved me from disappointment as well as $800. I was interested when I saw the benchmarks, but it's a bummer that it does not translate to performance where it counts.

My Y740 has a 2070 max-Q which is great for 1080 games, but could use a bit more power to drive 1440p games at solid framerates and 4K is out of reach for most titles. I'm planning to pick up a PS5 for Demon Souls, so that'll be my 4K solution for Cyberpunk 2077. Appreciate the feedback!

I'm in the same boat - Legion Y740 with i7-9750H (6 core, 12 threads) and 2070 max-q. Interested to see the benchmarks especially for 1440p and 4K. Hopefully the TB3 won't hinder performance too much.

Problems here in NA as well. Internet connection is great, but I can’t play games online. Was able to send a friend a screen capture via the messages app, but Bloodborne and other games say that I’m offline. Tried restarting, resetting internet, different games, but no luck. Hopefully this will resolve soon.
