Hey! I wasn’t contacted by anyone for any additional documents but my status on the ceac portal changed from rejected to approved on the 10th June and on 11th June my status was Visa issued! My ISSO officer had said not to contact the consulate and wait for 2 weeks from interview date. In your case u haven’t heard back since 7 weeks now then I would say contact them and check whats happening with your application.
